Horrible customer service.nAfter they would not contact me back I filed a review and never heard anything.nI then filed with the Better Business Burea and I was informed that they were closing the case because Buds RV World refused to respond.nThe Better Business Burea said they have a poor rating.nAll, over a $50 window screen that I ordered.nThey didn't know the part number so I had to get it for them. When the part was delivered it was the wrong screen and was not the part number I ordered.nI was told sorry we don't do refunds on special orders. Excuse me.......you didn't get what I ordered.nCheck with BBB before doing business with these people.

We purchased a used motorhome 4 weeks ago on a monday, they got rV in on a sat prior, was told only thing wrong with it was, step motor, inverter motor, and a place on canopy which would be fixed, I ask if they had check rv out yet and was told no but they would to make sure everything worked, we ask if we could take rv on thursday for raceing trip, he said yes and bring back next week to fix issues, and that when we took it we.could let them know if we found any problems and they would fix it, this was a verbal between manager and us, they wanted my husband to sign a as is paper and he said no, they said we need u to sign but dont worry we will fix whatever is wrong, so my husband did. We took on trip and this unit overheated the whole trip, also 2 water lines were busted, 1 tv doesnt work, hot water heater doesnt work and cab ac compressor is locked up, so we took it back and told manager , it took 3 weeks to fix inverter and step, and they sent it to another shop for over heating, berry called and said that's all we had time to fix , so we pick it up to go on another trip, my husband leave dealership, withing 20 min it overheats again, tried calling berry 3 times no answer, I left mess at dealership, so monday I called back hes out of office so ask for a call from owner, tuesday still jo response so I call berry, he stated to me WHEN THEY GET USED UNITS IN, THEY DO NOT CHECK THEM OUT, THEY JUST SELL THEM, AND EVEN THOUGH HE SAID HE WOULD FIX THINGS SAID WELL I NEVER PROMISED...., HE SAID HE WOULD NOT DO ANOTHER THING TO FIX THIS RV, I ASK TO RETURN IT, NOPE!!!! HE STATED ITS USED AND THAT WHAG U GET!!! And hung up on me, now they will not accept my husbands calls, STILL NO RESPONCE FROM OWNER, BUYERS beware , as a buisness owner myself, I would think a manager that hangs up on a customer, that the owner would handle this situation and make good on their word. Shame on you mike jones and berry for being dishonest, I will pray for you !!!
