I think it is awesome to walk into a car lot and deal with regular people. You don't feel like a target at Superior Auto. Adam and Ray are great guys. Customer service is always top notch.
Never got an opportunity to have my vehicle inspected for flaws. Was driven for 2 months before it’s been broken down now for 4 and they refuse to fix it or send me my contracts and are threatening to garnish my check
Wouldn't let me give negative stars. Extremely rude. Went in to look at an SUV, told them I had cash to buy. Manager told me I wasnt driving off the lot with any vehicle they had.
Superior Auto will sell you a piece of junk, but patch it up to pass inspection. They will make you tons of promises to get you to buy and then when you ask them to deliver on their promise they will ask you if you got the promise in writing. If you go on any of their google reviews almost every positive rating is an employee or former employee. I bought a $10,000 car from them in March. So far it's had about $10,600 in major mechanical issues. When I told them, I was reminded I bought the car as is, asked if I had it inspected and reminded me that if I don't pay it will go on my credit and they can sue me for the balance. Poorest customer service ever. Read employee reviews, they admit to being trained to lie about the mechanical integrity of the vehicle to make a sale. Please do your research before spending a penny at this place.
Went through 2 bad trans/motor vehicles in a month. Third has tpms light on after tire pressure check, but drove 2000 miles so far so good. Vehicles are 3x Kelly Blue Book, but no credit needed, just income. Bring pay stubs and bank info. Payments set up on paydays. Repo when late. Have vehicle checked by mechanic and or get Car Fax. Everywhere.
