This station is among the busiest in Palm Beach County. The station is Headquarters for Battalion 3 which includes stations; 91,93,38,37,35,31,43. Station 91 is staffed with 8 on duty personnel 24/7 including a Battalion Chief and EMS Captain, E91 crew (Captain, Driver/Engineer, Firefighter/Medic) and R91 crew (Lieutenant, Firefighter/Medic, Firefighter/Medic). It houses BC91, EMS91, E91, R91, and the District Chief (days M-F) DC91. E91 is equipped with a rescue board and is capable of responding to all types of emergency incidents including water rescue at the beach and local waterways. The department/station consists of 3 shifts A,B,C which work 24 hours on then 48 hours off. Personnel are heavily involved in the community both on and off duty. Station is always ready and willing to assist citizens and visitors in any way they can. It is ok to stop in for a blood pressure check, to ask directions, and if you are in any danger. Station 91 is a designated “Safe Place” for children. Unfortunately the installation of car seats is no longer done at station 91 but the firefighters can assist you in locating the nearest location and date/time of the other PBCFR stations or organizations that do assist. This is due to the requirement to be trained and certified to do the installations.

I want to thank the men of PBCFR who brought my daughter's home after my husband's axle on his car broke off Southern blvd (very busy road) they not only went out of their way to make sure my girl's were safe and brought them home but stopped in the middle of training as well thank you for going above and beyond your call of duty

Im know these guys risk their lives everyday. But i stopped by one day on my way to pick up my son from NICU, to bring him home, thinking they can help me with my carseat to make sure it was installed correctly... (because everyone knows if you need help with that, you stop at the fire station)But they totally said sorry they dont do that anymore =(nI was disappointed!
