We have multiple storage units here. Came by at 9:55 to drop one single thing off at our unit near the entrance and the manager got in front of our car and rudely waved us off. Not even a “hey good to see you,” just got in front of our car like we were crossing into N Korea. I guess business is so easy that they don’t need to treat their customers with any courtesy. Where I come from, if any customer (let alone one that pays you $500/mo) comes in just before the shop closes, you welcome them and make a genuine attempt to help them out. Period.
The employee at the counter was not friendly, not accommodating, and lost our business not just for today, but any future day. We need a place to store some items, but her rude actions don't warrant my business or anyone else for that matter.
The staff is friendly and helpful! Secure, modern, and clean! Location is easily accessible!
Very very fair with us, they seem to be competitive in pricing and they aren't trying to lock your stuff up if you don't pay or are late. They'll work with you. It's an honest business. That's about the best you can say in my opinion since so many aren't these days.
Staff is very nice. Storage units aren't too expensive but they do have mice as most do and mine leaked a bit but it's ok otherwise.
