Reviews
I have been a customer for almost 20 years. Great, friendly and quick service! I love that they know me and treat me like a friend and not just a customer.
We switched to this pharmacy when my son was in the hospital with Type 1 Diabetes. They went above and beyond to get him the insulin he needed so we could be discharged that day. They know him by name and are extremely helpful with managing his Diabetes.
I have been to every pharmacy in the valley. These people are the best ever!
Extreemly disappointed, I would give this place a no star if I could!!! My blind husband, is a week out of eye surgery was looking to fill his prescription with a brand of meds that worked better for him. After calling several other pharmacies with no luck he remembered a Pharmacy close to payson hospital, and that they were a good pharmacy. He couldn't remember what their name was, but knew about where they were located. We took a gamble that they might still be located by the hospital, as well as carried the type of meds he was looking for. We went over found them, asked them about the type of meds they carried for two perscriptions. To our luck they carried one that he was looking for. The tech was very helpful and understanding.
Then my husband said, "I liked this pharmacy, and I'd rather you drive here then to a pharmacy in Springville all the time I think I'll switch some, if not most of my meds to Mountain View Family Pharmacy because they were in Payson and we lived in Salem. How far are we to here?"
With my husband's color sensitivity, as well as sensitivity to different perscription formulas he is limited to what he can take. He thought he would ask about the other medications he was perscribed and if they carried the ones he was not sensitive to. He asked about one more medications, and I gather this guy was the pharmacist, stepped in and came at my husband with anger and hostility stating, "IM WARNING YOU!! YOU NEVER EVER ASK A PHARMACY ABOUT ANY OF THEIR MEDS EVER ANYWHERE!!! ANYWHERE EVER!!! Those are red flags!" My Husband confused as to what he did wrong, kept his cool. Still baffled about what was happening, and how the situation was unraveling also not really being able to see what was happening, or tell if he was in danger because all my husband could tell was a person he didnt know was yelling at him stating" I WARNING YOU...!", my husband attempted to calmly inform the pharmacist about his sensitivities with certain medications he was prescribed and how certain brands make him sick, or make him feel off and he is looking to switch pharmacies. What grabbed my attention was when my husband stated, "What are you talking about, I'm blind I dont know what your saying!" Even I tried too intervene and tell the pharmacist the same thing. Then with a angry voice the Pharmacist said , "I DONT CARE having sensitive to different brands is impossible, and only drug dealers, addicts, and people who rob pharmacies ask about what pharmacies have! You are lying! Those are red flags." The Pharmacist's body language seemed to implicate my blind husband as a culprit. Then he stated, "You live in Springville you shouldn't even be here you dont even live close to here!!!"
I stepped in again and said, "We just got married in Feb... the Pharmacist, interrupted saying "I DONT CARE YOU LIVE IN SPRINGVILLE!"...I vocalized, "My husband lives with me in Salem then stated my address"... He then stated again "YOU NEVER EVER ASK A PHARMACY WHAT MEDS THEY CARRY!!! You kept pushing it I warned you!!!" Then he asked for my address wrote it down, then said "We wont fill your script here!" then tore almost the entire top off of the script and said, "I WARNED YOU!!!" Looked at his techs who was now standoffish, and said dont answer anymore of their questions.
Still baffled and not knowing what was happening my husband turned to me and said, "I dont get it what is happening?" As I guided my husband out the door. I said, "It will be ok." My husband still puzzled asked me, "Wait, I dont understand what just happened." I said "It will be ok" My husband teary eye asked, "so I cant get the med that works for me really I cant? What happened?" I couldn"t answer him because I didnt understand what sparked the high emotions and accusations all I could say was "Apparently something has happened to that pharmacist, and he put his fear on you."
NO ONE SHOULD EVER BE TREATED LIKE THAT!! "ANYWHERE EVER!!!"
Very great customer service

Will never go anywhere else
