I sent them gold palladium and silver. I declined they're offer of 86$ on 6grams of 99.9999 gold. They offered nothing for the other two. So they sent my package back.missing half the gold and 13grams of Palladium gone.(all I sent) and its not like they sent it and it got lost during transport. They 100% just plain old kept it. I've emailed them numerous times and their.parent company beyondcpmplaints76 or whatever no reply back not even a peep. DO NOT USE THIS.COMPANY THEY ARE THEIVES! I did everything they're terms and.conditions say to as far as starting a claim no a word in return. I have all this documented.DO NOT USE RECYVLEPLATINUM.COM they will steal from you!nnP.S. in my emails I was polite I didn't accuse them of theft instead I blamed Covid for an easily fixable mistake. Not a peep.nnThe worst part is I didn't want to sell my metals but my Gf and I share some pets and one of our babies has a blockage in his stomach and needs surgery that we can't afford so I opted to sell my metals to pay for surgery. they offered me more than other competitors.nbut the final offer was 100.00 less than the offer they offered me before i shipped it in.nmy ring was platinum 999, and they tried convincing me it was pt995.ni took the offer, but i could see where they are trying to cheat people
