We took some old silver jewelry here a couple of weeks ago and were pleasantly surprised at not only the appraisal value we were equally impressed with the care taken to examine all the items. Ken was thorough in his examination and very pleasant to work with. Thank You Ken and Prosper!

It’s a rare find in South Florida to walk into a jewelry store or any store for that matter and be treated in a welcoming fashion rather than being treated like just another number. Especially if you walk in 30 minutes before closing! I’ve worked in customer service for a while and I definitely get irritated at times when customers would walk in or call in right before closing and I never got that feeling walking in to Prospyr. We had a great chat about A bunch of different things, with some laughs included. Besides the positive way they treat their customers they also were very knowledgeable, helpful and completely transparent when it came to selling my two pieces of gold. I received far more for them than expected. There is an ongoing stigma surrounding South Florida that everybody is in it solely for the money and they’ll screw you over any chance they get however that’s not the case here. I highly recommend this company not just for selling but also buying their selection is beautiful and my fiancé and I will be back. Thank you

I went to Prospyr in Delray Beach to determine the value of some of the old jewelry that I had from my mother and grandmother. I was totally impressed by the process involved to evaluate each piece of jewelry. Seaton was so meticulous, separating 14Kt gold from 18Kt gold so that I would receive the full value for each of my pieces. I had already been to another jeweler to do the same thing, and the difference not only in process, but also in price offered was significant. When you go to Prospyr, you can trust that they are giving you the full value for your old pieces. I am confident that Prospyr is above board and completely trustworthy. It was a very positive experience and helped me to feel good about selling some sentimental pieces...because I knew I was not being taken advantage of, and I felt Seaton understood my feelings. I will definitely return and also bring some old silver items.

Service at this establishment is outstanding. The store is well decorated and clean. They follow the COVID-19 protocol which was a huge plus fostering a safe environment. Andy took care of me, he was very thorough and professional checking the pieces. The payout was more than I expected. I highly recommend this Prospyr in Delray Beach.
