This is my first time going to Diamonds East... I wanted to establish a relationship with a trustworthy jeweler for future purchases, repairs etc. As soon as you walk in, you feel welcome! My engagement ring center stone was lose... and turns out one of my prongs was cracked, only found this out when Liz took a closer look, and thank goodness she did... all 4 prongs were replaced and reshaped... ( I asked for a specific style) I'm thrilled! It's stunning!
I had such a great experience here. I needed a new jeweler who I could trust and I think I found one. Diamonds East was recommended by two different people. The owner and his wife helped me and I felt like family. I had a ring I needed to have sized. Not a big job so I was nervous about not a large enough job for a jeweler to want to help. I got to Diamonds East close to closing time and the owner helped me. His wife called me and I got my ring back in a few short days. Beautiful job and I will definitely go back for all of my jewelry needs. Thanks!!!
Great experience all around! I’m from VA and seen there online store I decided to call and they had the exact watch I was looking for!!! Very nice and friendly people. By far the best Jeweler in Boca Raton. I worked with Robert, who, from the second you walk in, treated you like a friend. Great Prices and Selection of watches and jewelry. I go here as my first stop for buying my watches and getting them fixed. A must stop if you are shopping for something nice for yourself or a loved one.
