If I could put no stars, I definitely would. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. We have had issue after issue with this facility. No one answers the phone, call light times are 30 minutes or longer before staff comes in to help the residents. Staff will say they will come back in and won't. They especially struggle on the weekends. My family member that is there, has a shower scheduled for every Saturday and they always have an excuse that they can't shower him. Management is a joke. I sent an email to the executive director several months ago with all my concerns and didn't get a call back until a few days ago. The excuse I got was "It's been busy with covid and I am sorry." That's not an excuse. If you love your family member and want them to have the best care possible, this facility is not it.

Parkway did a great job of meeting my family's needs for the time my mother stayed there. The facility has a wonderful, friendly staff and the facility is kept clean. When determining if this facility is the best place for your loved one, keep in mind most residents are not there for the long haul. The facility does its best to help make the room feel like home, but space inside the room is limited if the room is shared, so you may not be able to put everything in the room that your loved one has at home.

They have taken such good care of my grandma. I trust these guys they have become my friends and a part of my family. My grandma room is cleaned everyday they make sure everything is up to standard. Rehab if fabulous and they always want them to meet there goal along with every one else that works for them! I recommend this place all the time and I will continue todo so!

My mom spent 15 days at Parkway and we loved it!! She needed help to get stronger so she could go home and the rehab department did a great job. Geoff the therapist is so nice but he made her work hard to regain her strength. They also worked a lot on her balance. I feel like she is going home better than she was before. Me and my sister feel much more confident that she will be safe at home and she won't fall again. The nurses were great, the food was great, the building was clean and never had a bad smell. I can't say enough good about Parkway!!

I was in this facility for about 3 days, in October 2019, assisting with the new therapy contract and Medicare transition as a visiting Physical Therapist and Director of Rehab from the Idaho State Veteran's Home in Pocatello. I can vividly recall the enthusiasm of the front office and service staffs as they offered refreshments and assistance, then guided me toward the Rehab room where I would begin training the therapy team in our company's methods of practice. The retained therapy staff and contracting therapists hired for the transition consistently gave positive feedback when I asked about patient or staff interaction, support by the management team, or conditions of the home itself. The place is beautiful, and I made certain to tell the administrator how much I enjoyed my time in his facility before I left. The facility's medical director is also very involved with patient and resident care. In my few days at the facility, he came to me and the other supervising therapists for our feedback on several complex patient issues, giving real attention to and consideration of each potential option before we agreed on a solution. This sort of physician relationship is rare and a boon for any healthcare team. If I lived in the area, I would certainly work here. You might argue that I was only there for 3 days, and a number of assumptions would have to be made on my part. I take this as granted. However, from the therapy team, clinical and facility managers, CNA and nsg staffs, to the enthusiasm of those I met on entering the home, these people demonstrated a desire to serve that speaks of a genuine and established quality of charactar that cannot be put on or taken off like a hat. Among my foremost hopes is to achieve this level of charactar quality and find the very same sort of person for my own teams. I find that a person who is trying to wear such a charactar mask in order to intentionally misrepresent themselves is painfully obvious. The mask slips. They wear out. The staying power required to create and sustain genuine regard for another human being takes years, and afterward, it never seems to go away. The reason that I am taking such a great deal of time and care to craft this review is to help clarify what I hope becomes more and more obvious with every additional review you read. Flaming someone on a Google review with a "1-Star" rating does drop their average, but it does not chase away people of quality. Accurate reviews of a bad experience are necessary and helpful, but the other ones can be flagged as the inappropriate or unrelated libel that they probably are. Cheer and good health my friends! I hope this finds you well!
