This is the worst Jeweler I have ever met in my 60 Years. The company rules and regulation are unbelievably used and enforced. Very rude/unfriendly personnel. Extrem overpriced.He estimated $250 for a simple watch repair. The jeweler next door did it for $35. Their company policy is simply ridiculous. I was speechless.

So this was my first time going to M&R Jewels. They removed 6 links from my new gold bracket I had just bought elsewhere. They were very patient with me as I had to have them keep removing links to make sure the bracket was the fit that I liked. The price was very reasonable and it only took about 20 min. Then they gave me a great deal on a new 14k gold charm for my chain! They were very polite and provided great customer service. After everything was said and done they also gave me a business card with a discount for the next time I got there! I highly recommend going to them for anything jewelry related. I definitely plan on going back for my future jewelry needs.

This place really is great. To address the comment below, the owner is a jeweler and watchmaker with 30+ years experience. So, you are paying a true professional to work on your jewelry or watches. I’ve gone to many little kiosks looking for cheap watch repair and yeah it was cheap, but 8/10 have no idea what they are doing and have scratched my beautiful pieces. If you have a $1,000+ watch or jewelry that you truly value then take it here for a true professional to work on it. The charge may be more than other places but it is always reasonable given the true value of your jewelry, and he is more than happy to explain why the price is that much. He does all of the work himself, your jewelry never leaves the store. Also, be nice! I’ve seen him be the nicest guy in the world to those who are nice to him and he will always hook you up as best as he can and give you the best price he can do, but if you come in with an attitude and entitlement then he will give your stuff right back to you. Ask for Mike!
