I called the store to ask if I could drop off my new ring to be sized with the guarantee of it being ready the same day they told me yes so I drove 45minutes to drop it off at 11am when they opened. I get to the store and they gave me my receipt which says it would be ready by 6 PM, I arrive at 6:30 after work to be told they could not finish it because one of the technicians went home early. I would think that as soon as someone goes home early they would call me and let me know that it would not be ready. No, instead I waisted 45min after work driving there to be told it isn’t done. I also purposely called to make sure it could be same day because I didn’t want to be without my ring. Very unprofessionalnnUpdate : I picked up my ring today, the sizing is perfect and they did a good job with the metal can’t even tell it was resized. I was Disappointed in the fact that they didn’t reach out to me, but when we originally went to purchase the ring we did have a good experience

I purchased a custom engagement ring from here for my while some time back. It was a disaster. While the end product looks nice today, it was an absolutely excruciating process They missed literally every deadline that they set for the ring and at one point I was sweating bullets because it looked like the ring wouldn't be done in time for my planned proposal. We also had a small diamond fall out of its setting within a couple months of receiving the ring. Would not recommend these guys to anyone. Go to your local small jewelry store instead

Excellent quality, outstanding customer service. Purchased several pieces for myself and gifts. Also had repairs done and was always satisfied with the quality of the repair. Highly recommend Jared.

The process in which buying this engagement ring was made so simple. I came in and knew exactly what I wanted and the assistant general manager Madonna was amazing!! She really help me get everything as it needed to be. I would definitely recommend her!!
