If you're looking for excellent service and care you may want sterling medical group.. I'm usually sceptical of any new place and they did an amazing job of keeping me engaged with any process and procedures that would consist of my care and recovery they were great as a whole. I had an amazing experience with Sterling Medical. I saw the PA Heredia, he was very nice and took his time explaining everything to me. The scheduling department was very helpful getting me an appointment right away. The front desk was very polite, the medical assistant took me right back, I did not have to wait at all. The guy at checkout was very helpful also. I truly recommend Sterling Medical to anyone that needs their services.

Sterling Medical Group has been nothing but amazing to me. The front desk staff, medical assistants, and doctors are very friendly and make you feel extremely comfortable. I've seen Dr. Heredia and Dr. Ruiz recently and both doctors are very knowledgeable and quick. I seen reviews that stated there were long wait times but every appointment I've been to, I was in and out quickly which I am very grateful for. I've called into the billing department recently to get a verbal balance on my case and they were very polite and explained the whole process. They even offered me to speak with their medical records department to get a copy of my bills and doctor notes. They are doing a great job and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who was ever been in a motor vehicle accident. Thank you Sterling for everything!!!!
