I've gone to this place off and on over the years, more often recently. Excellent food, great sized portions, reasonable prices. Curbside pickup with friendliness even when multiple cars in line. Very fast service and attention to small details including sauces and utensils. A+
January 2021: Wanted to edit my review as we have been coming here for a few years now. Still five stars! Very clean and always so nice. With COVID, we can only order delivery and that's okay! If anything it's really solidified how great they are. One time we forgot to add our usual sauce, they called and asked if we forgot to add it! Thanks!
Terrible flavor! I ordered the lunch special for $8.95. The rice was really yellow, with some rice grains white and tasted bland. I tried using soy sauce for more flavor but that did not help. The chicken tasted reheated, with also lack of flavor (not an exaggeration). My signiture dish is always Pork fried rice and chicken wings and this was really bad. Also the pieces of pork were so small. Will not come here again! Highly disappointed.
So impressed with the care and the quality China Gate put into our food. We had a team lunch at work and ordered from this restaurant. The food arrived HOT and ON TIME :) When our team dug in, we were pleasantly surprised to find individually packaged bags with each of our names on them. Our bags also included individual bags for our sauces, silverware and fortune cookie. This was an amazing experience (an made me feel much safer about ordering from them!) Great Job China Gate! You are handling your business well!!!
Great food. Lots of flavor. Big portions. Quick, real takeout service. Highly recommended!
