Have used this place mainly to get watch batteries and leather watch bands replaced andnalthough they were never very friendly I didn’t care so much about that. However, 4 weeks ago I bought a new leather watch band and within 2 weeks the leather was cracked!nI went back today with my receipt but the very nasty owner said there is no warranty on watch bands and didn’t even apologize!! Also, to take out one link from another watch he would charge $12.95 and 2 other places, also in the Mall charge $10!! Do not ever purchase or use them to repair anything from Luxurious, they overcharge and are incredibly rude.nThey don’ t have any idea what Customer Service means!

I would give a negative start if I could. Bought a band for my smart watch and it broke within months, paid almost 65 bucks for it and it was the worst decision. Amazon is a much better choice and they will send 2 bands usually for under 20$ with easy installation. I went back and the owner was gonna charge me another 10$ to repair. He said he didn't remember me, as if they were so so busy. I was there a long time asking questions about quality and where they get their bands from. Garbage materials and terrible return customer service. Said I needed a receipt when he saw me less than 3 months ago. I told him I threw it away thinking it would at least last me 1yr.

Too bad I can’t review this store as negative 1. I just left the Altamonte Mall and was mistreated like never before. A sales man was as rude as he could be, will never go back!

Me and my husband purchased a bracelet for our daughter ‘s 15th birthday, she liked it so much she put it on right away...minutes later it broke. Took it back to the “Luxurious Jewelry Watch Repair” because it’s junk and we wanted either our money back(but the receipt stated exchanges only) but they would not take it back because it’s brokenud83dude24...if it was good quality it wouldn’t be broken ... stay away from this place.
