This review is for the Pagoda on the 1st floor. The guy and girl on this day, March 19th at about 12:30pm. These two assisted a woman with a young daughter who was there to get her ears pierced for about 10 min without even checking on the other customers waiting. The girl looked at me and didn't say anything and the guy said something after 5 minutes of me standing there.. I was really irate bc these two were more focused on the little girl who obviously was too terrified to want her ears pierced. Stay focused and keep it moving. I work at a hotel so I know when I'm being ignored and the service there needs hella improvement.
The woman who pierced my daughters ears was an awesome professional who took the time to make sure it was perfectly straight. She also made sure my daughter was very comfortable. Can’t say enough great things about the experience!
I’m not sure of the name of the woman who helped us today but thank you so much! My daughter got her ears pierced here and she made the experience so enjoyable. Especially dealing with my particular mother in law haha! Again thank you so much for your patience and professionalism ud83dude42
Second time it has broken in one month. Low grade, low quality necklaces and chains. I do not recommend.
