We just had a great experience here and were blown away by the great service of one of the employees. She was so helpful and went out of her way to make a sale and help us out at the same time. I think her name was Valeria or Aleria. Anyway great price and great time, thank you for your help making our day better.

This large white woman of an employee with glasses came up to my husband, children and I and said that he had to put a mask on. My veteran husband explained he could not due to a medical condition. She rudely replied that he could not check out without a mask. I DID have a mask on. So she presumed that I had no money? Money lost there. My family and I will be boycotting forever 21. Sorry I didn’t have my hospital scrubs (first responder uniform)on from work for your staff to assume that a customer had money. Or maybe it was my skin color that she wanted to confront my husband.

Always been a good store to find cute, inexpensive clothing. Bring your patience bc things are not in complete order. Not there fault though; there's just soon many items.

I was in the front of the line and the young lady was open to take a customer. However she was at the register with her mask pulled all the way down, eating Oreos. She looked at me standing there looking at her but she still took her sweet ole time finishing her Oreos. When she finally finished them she sanitized her hands whilst having a conversation with a fellow coworker (no urgency) .Then she called for my daughter and I to approach the register to be checked out. The most unprofessional experience I’ve EVER had in a F21 store. I would’ve left all of those items at the register with her and spent my $144 elsewhere if I didn’t have limited time to shop for my bday trip.

Although this location is large, it is also hard to find anything. It feels like it's very chaotically laid out and I'm never really sure where to look for anything specific. During our most recent visit they were doing a massive sale and rolling racks were kinda just everywhere with marked down items. It was overpacked to the point you couldn't move the clothes on the rack to see what was on offer.nnThere isn't staff around the store itself, except at the fitting room and register. The fitting room had a line of about 10 people waiting to try stuff on, so I didn't bother with that at all. I wanted a pair of shorts, but I didn't want to wait in line and they have a no refunds policy, so I put them back.nnOverall: C-nMessy and chaotic with organization and layout. Fitting room had a line and with their return policy it wasn't worth dealing with it.
