Great customer service! While submitting my information for my graduation announcements, there was some sort of miscommunication and my minor was spelled incorrectly. I emailed them and told them about the issue and a day later I got an email back explaining how sorry they were and that they would print more (that would be correctly spelled) as soon as possible. I really appreciated how fast they responded to my complaint and their willingness to correct the problem. We all make mistakes, it's how they are handled that makes a difference. I definitely recommend them for all graduation necessities!

Horrible service!! A month before my daughters graduation they are telling us, many other families as well, that there is a delay at their plant and they don't know when her announcements will be printed/shipped, and CAN'T guarantee they will even be here by her graduation!!!!!

Over priced products. Poor customer service. Disturbed that this company charges tax on shipping and handling??

Terrible customer service. Received 1 of 2 items that were ordered and then was billed for both. Still trying to reach them to resolve this issue 6 weeks later. No reply by email. No opportunity to proceed through the automated phone system OR to leave a message. And snail mail sent has generated no response from Herff Jones either.
