I forgot to pay my bill and woke up to my water off. No problem called up, The people on the phone were wonderful, paid in full everything was peachy. However the guy who came to turn on the water was straight rude. So sorry wonderful office staff this 1 Star is for him.

For me, CoWP was outstanding..I was dealing with them for new construction, and every time I had an issue, they were right on top of it. The service I received in this regard has been exemplary. And my bills so far have been fine; it seems that a lot of people here have had problems with billing. Not the case here. Thank you CoWP.

Terrible service. Have been not receiving my bills and they turned off my water and electric. I've never had a utility company do this without some sort of warning. Have been having a problem with bills since I moved here 3 months ago. They are terrible

Great customer service! Even during this Zombie Apocalypse (ie COVID 19).nAlways a pleasure dealing with WP Utilities as well as the other city employees!
