Staff was excellent. Easy check in and on time. PT Megan was caring, understanding and a true professional. This was a difficult time for me and she was able to give me encouragement, peace of mind and confidence; as well as successful therapy.

Physical Therapist Rebecca Wheeler is Professional, compassionate, and committed to care. She's informative and makes me comfortable at visit. I look forward to my treatments because she is interested in my car.. I recommend her and this office to friends and family

Harold Walters 92 yonTook Pops {Harold}to PT Solutions for an intense dressing change for a very large burn covering entire chest and sections of neck twice a week. the therapist were kind gentle and compassionate . I a RN of 45 years plus ,gave a little advice and no one took offense,all were willing to listen and try a few things I recommended, Very unusual in a medical setting . (No one knows everything), and in the 40 plus years in the medical field one will pick up a few better ways to do something. I was very very pleased and surprised frankly at The superb care Pops received / receives there. I wish I could remember all the therapist whom took and still taking a part in his care . Austin , Susan, Ashley and Others Every one from The check in Clerk to The Student doing her clinical observation was very professional kind considerate as this was a very painful dressing change. I would highly recommend PT Solutions at Fort Walton Medical Center, after all with 40 plus years as a RN, I know a little about attitudes of medical staff and compassion when i see it!. Every Employee at PT solutions that we encountered were considerate, very kind and superbly compassionate to the point of coming in on a holiday and their day off just to do his dressing change. I would rate 5 stars plus. Thank you all.

The staff at PT solutions is always friendly, helpful, and upbeat. I continue to receive wound care, and am very happy with the results. The technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. My doctors are all impressed with the results and have told me that they have had other patients that have outstanding results in both wound care and pt and ot. I am extremely grateful that I am receiving my wound care from these friendly and outstanding professionals. I will recommend PT solutions fort Walton Beach to anyone who is in need of professional carenWilliam Reid
