I started coming here in late Sep of 2020 because I was having neck pain/stiffness, & my knees weren’t moving the way they’re supposed to. My shoulder’s are in pain from work (I’m a dental hygienist)nDr. Baum did a thorough examination and explained everything in detail as to what is going on and how we can get to a state of comfort.nBoth Dr. Baum & Dr. Cindy have adjusted me. They are both fantastic, extremely friendly, gentle and patient.nMy neck, and knees and shoulders feel a lot better. I continue to come here for 2 reasonsn1. My body needs itn2. I love coming here!nHighly recommend!

I went in with severe backache and within the first week I already felt improvement. The staff is great, friendly and treat you like family. Their wait time is very minimal and the their treatment plans are excellent. I highly recommend this office if you have any type of Chiropractic issues.

ok...so i called this week for an appointment, a lady called me back telling me that my insurance number was not good (i am just using it since 6 years with zero problem..) without trying to call the provider number and asked me to fix the issue myself with my insurance. Finally got a call back explaining me that they were able to reach my insurance (united healthcare PPO) and my deductible was too high (what's the point!!! and they got my deductible for 2021 we are still in 2020...) so they cannot take care of me or for 275 $ in cash...for an adjustment... this place a big joke not professional at all with a terrible customer service.

I have had excruciating lower back pain for the past 2 weeks .I have made vistits to orthopedic emergency room, my general doctor and in all cases only painkillers and antinflmtatory med were prescribed .Today i decided to visit Dr Baum's office and from the minute he sat with me and took the time to go over how he was planning to aproach my case I felt secure and showed that he genuinely cared for his patients. He showed that my case was important to him and I think that after 3 weeks of pain, I will finally be able to kniw what is causing me pain. I want to thank Dr. Baum and his staff for being so caring.

Probably one of the worst chiropractic office in the business .. X-ray take forever for doctors to take you hear the lady doctor complaining therapy there is a joke they only do pads and electric heat bed not even a patient here my wife is .. Wife wants to see Michael Baum but they say he doesn’t adjust anymore come on then why is it called Baum’s clinic ? But let me talk about the wait for my wife’s exam they made her wait 30 mins and then after that I heard a doctor say I can’t do this i don’t have time so they didn’t do the exam and wasted my wife’s Time pretty unfair .. don’t really have any positive things to say about this place other than the therapist are very nice always offer me water and the man in the front is nice as well very happy that I will not be coming in again and not once did my wife see Michael Baum cause he is to “old”
