Had an amazing experience buying a car with Tater. Extremely nice, knowledgeable, and gave me a great deal on a brand new mini van. And its true what they say about crossing that money saving bridge. Even got a new cooler with my purchase. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get a new car. The entire staff was friendly and the coffee isnt bad either. Go Wildcats!
We purchased a 2021 GMC 3500 Denali ... ...from another dealership. When we came into this location, Tessa and Pat seemed more interested in selling us the truck they had on the lot (which was a reject from the dealership manager) than listening to what we were planning on doing with the truck and finding the right one for us. Also, we could not get more than 5 minutes with a sales person. I would think a couple planning to buy a $84k truck with financing would have been a priority, but I was wrong at this location. Lost sale due to very poor customer service.
What an amazing service department! Had the best experience ever! We were traveling from Springfield, Missouri to Henderson, Kentucky, to attend the funeral of a dear friend, when we started hearing a whine that turned into a roar by the time we arrived at our hotel. We arrived on Thursday evening, and the funeral was the next morning, in Owensboro. We couldn’t believe there was a GMC dealership right next to our hotel...my husband was there and waiting the next morning, for them to open. What wonderful people...they got our car right in, and gave us a loaner to get to the funeral! The car was ready and waiting when we returned. What we didn’t know, until we returned to pick our car up, was the service department was booked solid through the next Wednesday...but they so kindly put us ahead of everyone else, to get us on the road again! Everyone was so compassionate and gracious...and so friendly! God was watching out for us when he placed this amazing place in our path! Thank you, Kayli Sutton, and all the fantastic people at Henderson GMC service department! We are forever grateful to you all! We rate y’all at a TEN!
My car would not shut off. I had gotten an appointment for Friday, but by Thursday it absolutely would not shut off. We had an appointment in Evansville on Thursday which I had to stay with the car for 2 and 1/2 hours because I could not go in with him and I could not get it to shut off anyway.. After his appointment I drove it straight to dealer pulled in and told them I had an appointment tomorrow but could not get it to shut off. They jumped right on it and found the problem. Had to order parts. Was going to be possibly 2 weeks. Gave me a 2020 loaner car to drive and I was on my way. Called me Tuesday and said it was done. Picked it up and works great. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. Love doing business with them. Hopefully though I won't have to see them any more except for oil changes, etc.
Everyone was so nice, the ones who helped us find a car really knew what they were doing and tried every method to get us a car. This is the best car buying experience I've ever had, would recommend to anyone whose looking to buy a car. I had a great car sales guy named Ty and a financier named Davian
