The chain came in within a week and looks amazing. Incredible quality and definitely can see it is well made. Dean is very helpful with customer service if you need help with anything just call their number. Super easy to order and exchange or return if needed. Amazing company and definitely will be ordering from them again.

I had a small problem with my gold 14 inch tennis necklace not fitting my neck. It’s a gorgeous piece, by-the-way. I worked with the owner who is very humble and accommodating to reach a deal that exceeded my expectations. You will not regret doing business with them. This will the second tennis necklaceI I purchased from them. I also purchased a 16 inch tennis necklace, a cross pendant and a tennis bracelet. I will continue to purchase jewelry from them! I purchased a Cuban choker for my wife I ordered a size too big and exchanged it for a smaller size. Your employee Dean worked with me on the phone and had it resized and shipped it out immediately now that’s what I call excellent service.nAnd I might add that the choker is absolutely beautiful and my wife is awestruck over the weight and quality. It was purchased for Valentine’s Day and it is by far the best Valentines Day gift that she’s ever received from me and I purchased the Cuban 18” chain and bracelet for myself it would be impossible to beat the quality of this jewelry! Everything is truly awesome and I’m a customer for life.
