I saw some items through the window and texted the number on the door to try on one in particular, a jacket. I was told I couldn’t try anything on because of COVID-19 but that if I bought the item it would be shipped to me and I could return it for a full refund if I wasn’t happy with it. I was told the jacket was handmade and real leather. I paid for the item on Sept 7 and was told that I would receive the tracking number within 24-48 hours. I waited 48 hours and reached out to find out that the item had not been sent out yet. I reached out a few more times over the next couple of days to find out it had still not been sent out. Finally I received the tracking number on Sept 16 and then the jacket a day or two later. I realized the jacket was NOT real leather and it was also not handmade. It was some old jacket that had been cut very unevenly across the bottom to be a crop style. The hem was left longer than the actual jacket material and the sides did not line up when the jacket was closed because it was cut so unevenly. I immediately asked when I would be able to return the jacket to the store and the owner did not reply at first. I messaged her again and she told me she would be out of town for the next couple days. I messaged her when she said she would be back and she told me she extended her trip. This kept going on until Oct 4 when she finally said she would be at the store on Oct 6 or Oct 9. I told her that on Friday Oct 9 I could go by the store sometime before 4:30pm depending on when I got off of work. She said no problem, she would wait. I contacted her Friday at 1pm to let her know I could be at the store by 2/2:30. She told me she was nowhere near the store. I asked if I could have someone else bring the jacket for me or if she would be at the store Monday. She did not answer. I messaged her again. She gave me more excuses. I asked if I could just mail the jacket to her. She said yes. I asked what address I should mail it to and she didn’t answer me at first but eventually after asking again she told me to send it back to the same address she sent it to me from. I sent the jacket and on Oct 15 I let her know it was out for delivery. I made sure to require a signature on the package. Despite receiving the package on Oct 15, she did not refund me. She also did not respond to my messages asking for my refund on Oct 17 so on Oct 18 I let her know that I felt this was very bad business especially because I could see that she was opening my messages and not responding. She lied to me saying she sent the refund and provided no proof of this. This went on for a few days. Finally, I had to contact PayPal on Oct 23 and file a dispute so that PayPal could send me my money. Worst experience ever. I didn’t get my money back until Nov for this Sept 7 purchase.

Came here to get a gift for my wife and ended up buying things for myself! Had some really cool trinkets and jewelry. Left with a new necklace for my wife and she loves it. I happened to walk out with some cool items to add to my house decor. My wife and I love this place!
