The people were nice but not professional at all. When i walked in the building there was a child sitting at the desk eating and watching tv on the computer. The woman was over personal with me, she rather talk to me about her personal life than my car. I had to wait while they tended to an infant who was sleeping in the back room. Not once did they offer to go outside and tell me about the car or even show me anything on the car. After driving off with the car i didn’t make it down the road 25 mins without the tire coming lose and almost flying off. Luckily my grandparents were following behind me or i could have been in a very serious accident. You’d think such a “family oriented” business would be honest about the vehicles they are selling. I’d like to return the car and be refunded my down payment. I don’t want another car from here or any other locations. I’m waiting for someone to reach back out to me.

When i bought my car the owner and his wife were extremely nice and helpful however when i went in today to pick up paper work the young girl in there was extremely rude and verynunprofessional
