Hi Gregory...Overall, I was happy with the whole experience. The help was great and the finished piece was beautiful!nnI would have liked to have had a little more info on the options for design and such. But perhaps I should have asked a few more specific questions. That being said, I was satisfied with the experience and would recommend it to others. I thought it was pretty top notch service throughout.

When we entered the store we were met by the Ceo Heather who did everything she could trying to find the ring my Husband wanted. She was joined by John who also helped us. After not finding the ring he determined what kind of ring my Husband wanted and said he could make it for us. He gave us a price and we decided to have the ring made. Heather helped us with any questions we asked and were very nice during the entire process. We had a great experience,,the people are friendly and the customer service is fantastic.
