I am writing this review in regards to a bad behavior from one of your managers in the Tous Store in Westland mall. There were 2 incidents that happened in that store with the same manager. I bought a necklace in international mall and I didn't realize at the time of purchase that the item had some scratches, I tried to exchange the item in one of your Tous stores which was Westland and the manager Maria had a disgusting attitude with me she wasn't helpful at all. Her interaction with me was very unpleasant I felt insulted by the way she spoke to me. She is very unpleasant and rude towards me for no reason. Today I went to the store again to send the item to the repair shop and the same manager that assists me last time had a nasty attitude using hand gestures and yelling and speaking to me in a loud tone I felt that it was extremely disrespectful her behavior she told me to leave the store for no reason whatsoever I felt that her behavior was unnecessary. She wasn't allowing her employees to speak to me to be able to help me in my concern. I felt that Maria is a very violent and aggressive person I honestly don't feel that she should be working in that type of environment and specially as a manager. Her customer service skills stinks she didn't even try to help me resolve the problem. I don't feel that me being a customer I shouldn't have to deal with this type of nonsense. I want this complaint to be forwarded to the corporate office.

To the two woman working there, get another job if you don't like costumer service, I love Tous but with people like that I rather buy in another location.nHorrible costumer service!

When to buy a gift for my friend, the location is nice and the guys are cool.nBut then prices are high for what you get.nDon’t get me wrong... high quality, but pricey.nWould like to say thank you for the julia that help me there to choose the perfect gift ;)

This is by far the worse store I've ever been to, this girls here have no knowledge of customer service, I called before coming to the store because I wanted an specific watch needless to say she said yes come am going to set the watch aside, it literally took me a 30 minute dirve, Luisa took my order and phone number, to my surprise when I got to the store, oh am sorry the watch was already sold, you would think that a courtesy call to let the customer know the items was no longer available, never understood why she asked me for my name and telephone number for. I'm a Tous fan, their product are very high end, but on customer service store has a problem.So Maria (shift manager)steps in to solve my problem, thank you for you effort on putting an smile on my face! One person can't run this store!

Horrible product quality, the purses and wallets even more.Don't waste your money . I was a loyal customer every time I wanted a gift I wished anything from this store but I changed my mind since the bad experience I had with an expensive ite my husband bought for me and got damage quickly.I went back to the store located inside Westland Mall in Hialeah and I did not received a good service , nothing compared when you go and they are trying to sell something to you. I am still fighting
