The staff was amazing. There was quite a line with a few people in the waiting room when I arrived. I thought for sure this was going to be a 2-3 hour wait. Nope! 20 minutes top. I was taken back and everything (physical, drug screen and TB blood draw) was completed and out the door in another 25 minutes top. Facility is very clean and well maintained and all of the staff is top notch. Best experience ever in a walk-in clinic. Very efficiently run facility with friendly, helpful staff.

I went here for a work related drug screening. Staff is friendly. I was tended to very respectfully and efficiently. The wait time was faster than other places I have been to. If you are visiting this establishment google maps will take you to the back entrance, just drive up a little further for the front entrance. They go the extra mile to offer the best care possible. Great place, people are respectful no matter where u coming from... people at the front desk were fast. The lady that collected my sample was also very nice and fast, I enter at 3p and left around 330p and there was about 7 people getting attended fast as well. Keep it up concentra, treating everyone equally make the world a better place. Thank you.

I went in for a slip and fall at work. When I arrived it was extremely packed so I expected a bit of a wait. Even with the amount of people coming to their desk, the staff was kind and courteous in answering questions on updates. Once I got back my nurse and her M.A. had the best attitude for how crazy busy they were. Normally nursing staff that have been constantly going and going are a bit rushed and not at all friendly. Instead they were friendly and efficient. The PA got me in for an x-ray in less than 4 minutes of coming in to see me. I was back from the x-ray in less than 10 minutes. Finished with a physical therapist tech who wrapped my leg and he too was kind and helpful. I don’t recommend falling at work but if you have to go to an urgent care facility, this location should be your 1st choice!
