Was told by RL carriers that my shipment would be arriving between 1 and 4. Took the afternoon off of work to meet the delivery. 5:40 still no delivery and when I contacted RL customer service I was greeted with rudeness and excuses. I get it, traffic happens but a heads up that they are running late, especially in this day and age of technology is not impossible.
The best LTL and truckload company in the market, quickly rising to the top. You can ship anything, anywhere at a reasonable price, very nice find.
