Fantastic service A+
It is really terrible to use ABF and it has been the second time! If possible, I want to give ZERO star for it. The customer service does NOT care about you at all. I have been waiting for pick up for several hours, and no one updated me when will the driver come, even though it has passed the scheduled time. I called them and they said driver was having lunch, okay, why couldn’t you inform me this in advance as I waited here for boring hours with no lunch for myself!!! I’m also hungry and thirsty. Do you think that the customers’ time is valueless? It is a totally waste to wait! It is already 1 pm now and they said the driver is coming in 20 min, and I’m the last one to pick up so I could not leave as the driver is going to leave my city after picking up my staff. Shame on you, ABF!!! Will never use again.nnNow it has been 40min and twice as long as they said the driver will come, NOBODY shows up.
Terrible service Use someone different. Picked up in California on 6/6/18 it's almost 2 weeks later and I still don't have my freight. This is the second time this has happened. This company just doesn't care if you get your freight or not. I have recently used Saia and have received much better service although it has not been perfect.
