i shop at this store regularly, but i have been very disappointed in the way the employees have been acting. last week i went into the store and a woman came in without a mask. they asked her to leave because it was store policy, but she went on an explained that she had a medical condition that prevented her from being able to wear one. the employee told her “sorry this is the managers policy and you have to leave” then after both employees went behind the counter and talked about her and the situation. i felt like this was very unprofessional. i understand the mask issue, but i will not continue to shop if they are so rude about their policy.

I love the clothes I've been coming here for yearsnBut best of all is every store I went into at the Ocala Paddock Mall no one addressed me or welcomed menI went into Francescas and I was welcomed helped and had the best customer service by all 3 girls, they are all so bubbly and sweetnCustomer service alone they are the best in the entire Mall

I had an amazing experience at this store! everyone was so helpful. Carly and Krystal took their time with me and helped be pick put the cutest outfit for my birthday dinner. 10/10 will be shopping here again!!

Honestly if I were able to leave zero stars, I would. This was such a terrible shopping experience for my daughter and I. I took her to try and find a dress for an upcoming school dance. We were both extremely excited to shop but sadly the employees at this location ruined our entire experience. I have shopped at many of the other locations and none of my encounters with other employees were ever like this. Unfortunately, I will no longer shop here and my daughter definitely will not be shopping here again. It’s sad to think that I have heard stories like this from multiple people speaking about the same location.
