The service is poor and they never have anything you need in stock. I don't know why they ever closed their other location that had a huge inventory to choose from. Wish Pandora would open their own store in the mall so I wouldn't have to bother walking in and walking out with nothing I needed. You're better off shopping online.

Okay everyone that decides to buy Pandora or Alex and Ani do not buy from Artsy Abode in the Paddock Mall. They are no longer associated with either company so warranty or problems will not be taken care of. I was told to take to Pandora store in Gainesville.
