The customer service for this place is Amazing. They respond same day, typically within an hour of asking a question. The units are also very big and the space between the rows makes it very easy to load/unload. You can easily backup a trailer into most of the units with how wide the rows are. I would highly recommend GTO to anyone looking.
Stored all our furniture, and more... pretty much 3/4 of a 5 bedroom home.

Worst customer service. I had fraud on my card and called on the 1st of the month to change my autopayment and left a message. They called me and I missed the call. Tried calling throughout the week with no answer. Finally I got an email on the 6th with a new form for autopay. I called the office and they charged a late fee. The office was very rude and said they were charging a late fee since it was after the 5th which was a sunday....when I asked if they could wave it due to all the circumstances she told me if I would have left another message she could wave it but since I didn't leave 2 messages she couldn't.... I had considered renting a second unit here but now I am considering moving the one I have.
