These guys were excellent. The sign up process was quick and thorough online and on the phone. They had a good sale at the time for 3 months but even the normal price was great once that deal was up. When I moved out, I ask them about it a couple weeks prior to moving out. I moved out after business hours and the next day they proactively called me to help me cancel and sent the document online to sign online. It was easy and very professional. Thank you. I highly recommend them. The facilities and property are very clean, rodent traps are set up all over the place and the roads are designed to keep the water away from the units.
I am on auto pay and have it automatically pay on the 5th of each month and each month they send me an email and call me on the 4th of each month and say that my account is past due. I am an older person and this worries me and forces me to take time and call them each month to make sure that they got my auto pay payment on the 5th of each month. I think a policy change should be in order here.

Very unhappy with their customer service (if you can call it that) and lack of information, readiness or any information partaining to my unit and payments. Its been extremely difficult to work through anything and I will definitely be moving to a more professional Storage Facility.
I love this Storage Facility. It is clean, well maintained and great security. My units have tall doors that make it so easy to get stuff in and out of. I have literally rented from every storage facility in Payson. I was never really happy at any of them until I moved into Storem. Thank you
