I called ahead to find out the price of getting some links taken out of my new watch. The gentleman that answered was very polite and knowledgeable. So when I got there, I was buzzed in and it literally took less thank 5 minutes and he was done. The price was not bad at all. I will definitely be coming back and using them for most of my other jewelry needs.

Called multiple jewelers to chat about a custom piece I needed done. So happy I found Richard Bryson Jewelers. Todd and Chad were so so wonderful. Honest pricing, amazing work and exceptional customer service!! Cannot recommend enough!!

I was at Bryson jewelry a few weeks ago and had a topaz stone put in a ring due to losing the stone that was in there. I had excellent experience and customer service. The owner and staff are great and super nice. My ring looks absolutely beautiful and was definitely not overpriced, my sister used to work at Hellsberg jewelry for many years and was also very impressed with the quality and great work of the jewelrer. I will never go anywhere else! Thank you so much for making more than my dayud83dude0a❣nClaudia BTW. The stone that was put in there now is much nicer!!!

I love this place! The owners are such kind people. I had been getting my watches & jewelry fixed there for like 3yrs and in the past year have ordered jewelry from them. NOT disappointed. Im overly satisfied for their business and kindness. So polite, great customer service.nAll gold is 14 kts.nMy whole family had sensitivity to fake jewelry, 14kt or more is a MUST!!!! This bracelet in particular was made in Africa! My favorite part about it. I also got my son allergy bracelet which is hospital grade steel, no allergy to that metal. They even adjusted the length of the bracelets for us when they came in.nThey do have several books to look through for specific orders. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!nnONLY JEWELER I BUY JEWELRY FROM AS OF 2020.
