I worked with Morgan and she made this process simple and efficient. The store is centrally located with sufficient staff. All store members were friendly and spoke as I entered. You could tell that they work as a team and communicate well. Store was very clean. They kindly offered me a beverage and had seating while I waited. Those things were very important to me in this process. The staff was gracious and accommodating. Thank you for an excellent experience.
When me an my wife came thru its was days before our anniversary I needed to find a great gift. Walked in an a few ladies greeted me at the door. Showed me around the watches found the one I liked an put it on hold for me until Monday. Came back an made the purchase its was a smooth transaction. I highly recommend them to friends and family.

I had a diamond pop out of the halo of my engagement ring and they did a PERFECT job. They quickly provided an accurate quote for my insurance claim. When they finished the repair, I could not even tell which diamond had popped out. Highly recommend! The staff is so nice too.
Incredible store that has been serving the local area for the past 65 years! I went in for the first time last week and was greeted by Triana. She was extremely knowledgeable on the various watches. They didn’t have the specific GMT that I’m looking to add to my collection in stock but I believe that I found a new place to do business for all of my jewelry and watch needs. Trina was extremely kind and very knowledgeable and she educated me on the various styles and models. She was extremely transparent, honest and trustworthy. She took down my information and told me she would follow up with me. I look forward to giving this company my business for years to come.
