Great customer service! My ear piercings came out even and they have gorgeous jewelry! Lots of options to choose from.

My 15 year old went their to get his ears pierced. The young lady doing his piercings was very nice and great at doing them. She was also very informative about how to take care of them and also gave him plenty of pamphlets with information. I would definitely recommend any patent getting their child's ears peirce to go there. You won't be disappointed.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.nDo not order anything online from this company! It will literally take one month to get your money returned because they send you in circles trying to decide who is in charge of the refunds. Once you call five times and are finally able to speak with a supervisor they inform you they are behind on returns because they are closing hundreds of stores because they are obviously going bankrupt and don't have enough money to process the return so they just hold on to your money hoping that you will forget about it or not notice. # worst online shopping experience ever
