Fantastic experience and customer service! Came in a few times looking for watches, and was treated great each time. Barry and the rest of the staff are very knowledgeable about their product and will point you to whatever you're looking for. When I made my decision, what I was looking for was out of stock, but they ordered a new one and kept me updated throughout the process. A generous 10% military discount was offered as well. Would definitely recommend Bere Jewelers!
Took 5 watches for repair, had to return 3 for additional adjustments later, of those final 3 having to return one to manufacturer for repair. I had previously used a Sears watch repair that never disappointed me. Can't say the same for this jewelry store. Will still be looking for my long-lost expert from Sears.
I am so happy with my purchase. I went into the store with a picture of a ring I had seen online and Laura went on a hunt (in the store and in their catalogs) to find something similar. We ended up having the ring made and it’s absolutely beautiful! Better than I even hoped for. It fits perfectly and is exactly what I was wanting! The staff were so attentive and friendly! My husband and I came in today with a “stone” and needing a setting! Brittney was absolutely awesome! She easily directed us to rings that would be totally awesome for me! And we did find the absolute best set! Thank you, Brittney....we will certainly return!
