I would live in Barnes and Noble if I could, it's my home away from he and I enjoy getting a new book and reading in the cafe with a coffee and snack. May I also mention the staff is friendly and helpful, the store neat and tidy, and it's so nice as someone who works in customer service to see people enjoying their job and being genuinely happy looking while at work! It makes me happy to support the company and their workers.
Clean restrooms and store. Good book selection and you can order books. The help kiosk is great the coffee shop is nice. Not crowded and parking is good.
They repositioned their categories in the store within groups and it is really nice to walk thru to find what your looking for. The store obviously put a lot of thought into moving things around. Definitely worth a look if your in the area.
It's always a pleasure to visit this location. Customer service is awesome every time my daughter and I have gone. They have a great selection of books as well as other merchandise to purchase.
The horror section at the Barnes and Nobles in Pensacola has one of the best horror sections of any corporate bookstore I have seen. They stock both major and independent publishers. The staff recommendations help in making choices.
