Canceled my order without contacting me, they noted in the email that the order was canceled at my request, which is a lie. When you order online they give you an option at checkout, if they do not have a used copy, you can be sent a new version of a text for the difference in price. I checked this option and 7 days later receive an email that states the order is canceled. Once talking to the bookstore over the phone they tell me that they have New versions of the text I ordered but that I would have to place another order. Why would I place another order if the bookstore will just cancel on a whim or for no reason. Use Amazon for your textbooks, they are so much cheaper and arrive quickly.

Curbside doesn't work.
Pretty good place to grab the books you need for class. Their website is very helpful for ordering books, and they will email you when they're available. The books are on the pricey side, but its convenient and the people that work that are usually very friendly.
Excellent customer service! I highly recommend going directly to the book store to get your books for college. It is the only way to make sure you get the correct books.
