I can’t say enough positive things about John and Sziro Jewelry. I wanted a custom piece done and did a fairly extensive search of jewelers in the area. They do all their work in-house, I was a part of the entire process, and John made sure I was happy every step of the way (I’m pretty particular so this alone is no small feat! :-)). My beautiful custom diamond earring jackets came out better than I could have dreamed and the entire process was perfectly painless and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional, quality work and fair prices. They are among the best jewelers I’ve ever worked with. Sziro Jewelry has made a very special piece for me and I must say I am highly impressed! It was a pleasure dealing with Orrin and Sziro Jewelry in the creation of my new 1 oz 14k gold sea turtle pendant. I received updates on progress and pictures of the pendant in the just cast state. Orrin was very accommodating and finished/polished the pendant just as I asked. This custom creation is based on their smaller sea turtle charm, which I think is the nicest looking turtle charm/pendant I’ve seen on Etsy or anywhere. I am extremely happy with the pendant, their customer focus, and the turnaround time. I highly recommend them!
Sziro has been my jeweler for many years. I no longer live locally, so I was able to send him my jewelry through FedEx to be sized and cleaned and the process went smoothly. He notified me when my rings arrived, when the work was completed, when they would be mailed, and even notified me when they arrived! A+ customer service!! Love all their beautiful jewelry!

I am a picky customer and he was super patient and guided me on the right path with all his knowledge and expertise. Well ladies look, the end result speaks for itself . A one of a kind exquisite, gorgeous piece. John is a true artist of the craft and ring is impeccable on every detail including the 2 pink diamonds N and S, I requested . I know you tried to get the right pink on these rare stones for me John. What I never told you is they were meant to symbolize my 2 children which are my most treasured jewels , product of my 8 years of wonderful marriage .Thank you from the bottom of my heart .
