Horrible customer service! Started lawn pest control 6/30 called for retreat 8/4 they treated 8/6. I never heard back. I received a bill for the retreat call to discuss and Jennifer was so rude told me the retreat was a regular service and I owed the bill. 37 days between treatments when it should be 60 days. I asked to speak with manager or supervisor and was hung up on. I called twice more with no response. Today I called from a different number and Jennifer answered informing me she canceled my account with them. They do not honor their customer service guarantee. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Called the office to start new service the lady Jennifer was very nice and had her team out to spray our home within a week. The driver that came to the house was very friendly. I would recommend HORIZON PEST CONTROL, very friendly and professional!!
Very professional, great customer service and prices are very reasonable. Would definitely use them again and recommend them .
I have used this company twice now for termite inspections required for purchasing a new home. They were very responsive, professional and competitively priced for service provided!
