I went to Applianceville to purchase a new burner for my Whirlpool Oven. After looking at prices online I was afraid of what they would charge me. In-store purchases are always more, way more. I was shocked to find their price at almost exactly what they wanted online. And I received and exact Whirlpool OEM part!!! Not an aftermarket. Besides that they also helped me out with a small wiring problem I was having. What I experienced today at Applianceville was that personal touch of excellence you don't receive from large chains. They made a customer for life today. You just don't get this kind of service anymore.

Called for a repair to my old washing machine. Got an appointment the next day. The technician was great, he diagnosed my problem quickly and had me up and running in a short time. Very pleased with the service.

I was very pleased with the service here. I accidentally got charged over the amount due, and didn't even notice. The following day I received a phone call telling me that they were refunding me money I didn't even know I was owed. Honesty is rare and I can really respect that
