I'm a current resident. Our manager, Diana (Dee Dee), is holding folks responsible for their yard and homes. The park is getting better and better. She is sweet, knowledgeable and friendly. There is a nice mix and diversity of people here. Pool is clean and kept up. I would highly recommend it.

I have lived in Whitney off and on for years. Never had any major issues and I always feel pretty safe. The new manager is very sweet and always willing to work with you. The only bad part about this place is the price of the lot rent. if they mowed the grass or did any sort of maintenance in the lots themselves I could understand $500 but since they don't I feel that the costs are a bit much.
Looks like a Nice places but rent is so ( much High ) for a noble home Pack
The general population is nice but let's just say after that, it's not worth moving here.
