Would highly recommend! Very professional and great customer service. On time and communicates when appointment times become available. Organized and clean environment. Very knowledgeable about science and medicine in regards to pain. Practice has helped me manage pain that I have had for over a decade. This is my first experience with acupuncture and I was extremely nervous my first visit. Alvaro talked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable. In one visit I knew that this was going to positively change my life forever and am recommending all my friends who struggle with pain to pay this practice a visit.

He is great. I had issue with my eyes as due to work I am on screen with approximately 8-10 hours a day and was getting red eye. What he did worked like magic for me, things got normal after a couple of weeks but there was an instant relief. I highly recommend this place. He also suggest you with dietary options if required as per the condition.nGreat Work!!

This was my third experience with acupuncture and I was skeptical since my other two experiences were pretty lackluster. I've been experiencing nerve pain for the past four years or so (cervical spine, shoulder, neck, arm, hand) and visited more doctors than I care to list to here. Dr. Toledo is amazing! He is very thorough and explains the neuroscience behind everything that's happening and the reasons for trying one type of treatment versus another. He also goes well beyond simple acupuncture techniques - he recommends exercises and stretches to treat you holistically. I noticed an improvement in my symptoms pretty quickly. You can tell that he is dedicated to his patients and passionate about his work. Every visit, he would talk about a random book or lecture series regarding the human body that he was following. I value professionals that keep up to date with their profession and seek to draw inspiration from related fields. Highly recommend him.

Alvaro is a great practitioner and mentor to acupuncture students. He is patient and assuring, and has extensive knowledge about pain management using acupuncture.

Alvaro is my first Acupuncturist. After reading some about the rise of acupuncture becoming more recognized in western medicine and seeking help to balance my menstrual cycle naturally, I went to to Alvaro’s office. Now I’ve been going regularly for the past 4 months because it is a highlight of my month. My irregularities have completely regulated...Alvaro is so kind and caring, he listened intently to the experiences i was having and I felt totally comfortable upon my first session. I believe he is one of the best in Gainesville!
