These guys are awesome! They had trouble coordinating with the city of Williston but we're persistent and didn't give up. They communicated well with me so we could all coordinate a time to get the repair done. My technician, David was really good at explaining and demonstrating the problem. He found my shut off valve so we didn't have to install a new one and saved me lots of money. So grateful to them for their professionalism and hard work.

During the initial inspection, the J.W. Freeman employee spent a solid 30 minutes with us hashing out all the fine details that the work would entail. Then we had a couple other companies come in, but they stayed for no more than 5 minutes - the choice was obvious even if the price was a little bit more. The person who came to do the free audit set the bar very high. These technicians did phenomenal work!nnAfter realizing that the main supply pipe to the house was already made of PVC, the men on sight agreed to save us more than $500 since they didn't need to replace that part! You better believe that I will spread their name around town for the excellent work they put into this job.nnI had to call up the technicians a few months later because I realized a spigot didn't work properly. For no fee whatsoever, the technician came back to us and for completely free of charge fixed the issue without complaints.nnThese guys are friendly, professional, and willing to work through the brutal Florida summer. Kudos to you, gang! Thank you for your hard work.

Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly plumber named Brent. Reasonable, honest rate. They came out 2 days before Christmas to replace a broken toilet. They arrived a little later than they quoted but finished quickly. 10/10 would recommend.

When i called i spoke with a REAL PERSON (Mike) who was very professional. He made an appointment for the most convenient time and day for me.nJOE called me before arriving here and was on time. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Joe knew what he was doing and finished his work in the time he told me. He took the time to listen to me and answered all my questions. He left everything very clean. I’m more than 100% satisfied with the work he did and the price was very reasonable as well. I will definitely use this company again and i would highly recommend them!! Thank you so much Joe and his team!! I will give them 10 stars!!!

I needed quite a few older fixtures updated and this was the right place to go. Thanks to Brent and crew for your quality work and for being extremely knowledgeable and professional. Joel in the front office is also very helpful. Nice to now know definitely who to call for any plumbing issues, thank you all again.
