Called on a Saturday gentleman answered the phone and I inquired about having some repairs done fairly soon he was up front and explained that they would not be able to begin any new work for six weeks. If you can't do the work as requested this is the proper way to respond. Still gives a favorable impression that may lead to work in the future.

We have had a great experience with GRR. Professional, timely, thorough and the work is excellent. Chris is very responsive and easy to work with. He takes the time to listen to you and makes sure the work is done to your liking. He spends a lot of time personally reviewing and inspecting the work being done and will do whatever it takes to make sure the job is done right. We have had him and his team work on multiple projects both inside and outside our house and we couldn't be happier with the results. We would highly recommend GRR to anyone looking to make improvements to their home or business.

After noticing my water bill rising over the last few months, I thought I must have a water link. I tried but could not locate a leak. I called Gainesville Restoration out and they located and repaired the leak quickly. 5-star service for sure!

Anybody that leaves a negative review on this company and anyone who works with them must be incredibly hard to please!! Their work is flawless and we couldn’t be any happier.
