Fantastic service every time I use them. Every technician has been prompt, polite, on-time, and extremely professional. Very thorough during semi-annual maintenance inspections. Excellent local business!

Excellent service! Very professional. We had two new units installed by Mark Hurm & Co. which included attic installation. Not an easy job by any means! They sent two crews out in order to accomplish the job quickly, which was done in 2 days. They were here promptly at 8 as they said they would be. Any questions or concerns we had were promptly addressed and all of the work was done efficiently. Prices were very competitive. We feel we definitely got the best units at great prices! Thank you to Mark and your employees for a great experience! I would highly recommend this company.

I would like to start by saying I really appreciate the services rendered to me by this company. Seth & Joe were very punctual, polite, knowledgeable and we had a few laughs and talked about Sports. Had AC problems previous night. Called at 7 am and they sent a service tech out first thing. Parts were on the truck and they had me up and going before 9:30 in the morning. Best service ever.
