Mosquito Joe of Gainesville-Ocala

We have used Mosquito Joe for over a year and cannot say enough about Jason O's customer service and responsiveness. We have had to change our regimen a few times and he is ALWAYS open and willing to provide 5-star customer service. My husband and I own a bed and breakfast, therefore our standards may be a bit higher so our guest experience is not hindered. Jason completely understands our business and does whatever it takes to support our needs. My husband contacted Jason (via text) after hours Friday night and Jason responded before 8 am Saturday morning (a day the office is closed), asking to come out and treat our yard. Jason's commitment to his customers speaks volumes and deserves the recognition! I highly recommend Mosquito Joe!

The service provided by Mosquito Joe is some thing I did not know I couldn’t live without. We are now able to enjoy our deck and watch our children play without being chased inside by what feels like thousands of mosquitoes. The technicians are always on time, and they always call ahead to let us know when they will be here. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

We have had service with Mosquito Joe for about a year and a half. Up until last week, we were very satisfied with our service. We had a friendly service technician who communicated upon his arrival and completion, wrote notes on the door tag if we were not home, and overall did a thorough job. Unfortunately, this Technician no longer works for the company. Last week, the new Service Tech called to state he was on his way to our house. When I answered the call, I happened to be on my way home too but did not mention this. When I arrived home 12 minutes later, the Technician was already gone but left a door tag indicating “Joe was here.” We live on an 1 ½ acres and it normally takes the technician between 30 – 45 minutes to walk the properly and thoroughly spray. There is also a noticeable reduction of mosquito activity after they spray, but not this time. It was clear the Technician simply left a door tag indicating a service was provided but did not spray the property. I called Mosquito Joe several to share this information. I was disappointed (and angry) after my call to the manager. He asked why I believed he did not spray (as if the above was not sufficient); he did not apologize nor did he offer any reassurance that this would not happen again or how he planned to solve the issue. He simply stated “the best I can do is offer a complimentary spray one day next week.” The overall tone was that he did not believe his Technician failed to spray. When I asked more questions, he sternly repeated “it would be handled in-house but they would offer a complimentary spray.” At a minimum, I expected a complimentary spray (which they offer in-between service as needed). I was hoping for some assurance that we would receive our service whether we were home or not and perhaps even offer to send a new Technician. This was not the case. We have since cancelled our service with Mosquito Joe and will take our chance with a new provider.
