Love this place so much! Otter and Trout have treated me with nothing but kindness and have definitely aided me over the years in my own personal journey. My only wish is that I still lived in Gainesville so I could frequent the shop. I will certainly visit when they are open again and I'm in town for a visit.
This store is amazing, however the store owners are PHENOMENAL! I walked in thinking I needed a certain stone for personal healing; but, I left with a paradigm shift because Otter took time out of her day to spend an hour with me to help me become grounded and analyze my intuition. I cannot thank her enough for her light, love, and compassion! There are sooo many metaphysical items to choose from with AMAZING prices! I would definitely recommend this store!

I am thoroughly impressed by Otter and Trout’s shop. I wasn’t sure what to expect upon my first visit. While I am not freshly new to understanding the realm of metaphysics and the holistic way of life, I have come to understand it on a much deeper level recently, than ever before. I was, and still am, blown away by Otter and Trout’s wealth of knowledge they shared. They answered any questions I had thoroughly, ethically and with integrity. You can see and feel that they genuinely care about their customers.
