Independent bookstores are so important and this one is doing everything right!
Highly recommend doing all of your book buying through Third House! They’re currently open to online shopping due to the pandemic and they are SO quick to response. I made an ordering error and they fixed it immediately. Customer service is quick to respond, very kind, and helpful. I seriously cannot stress how kind, patient, and helpful they are. I received the book within a week of ordering. I can’t wait for things to be safe for the store to open again so I can make a trip to Gainesville and visit the store!
My favorite bookstore in Gainesville! Can't wait till they reopen for in-house shopping--sounds like the newly remodeled space will be even more cozy and inviting, with all new shelves and lighting. In the meantime, I'm buying books through their digital portal to help keep one of my favorite local independent businesses afloat.
This is an amazing store with an incredibly kind & helpful owner who truly cares about making the world a better place through books. So happy that Gainesville has an indie store celebrating marginalized voices.
